DEEP CLEANING: $45 Per Hour for 1 Home Cleaner | $80 Per Hour for 2 Home Cleaners (3 Hour Minimum)
Flat Rate Pricing
We offer flat rate cleaning. We are very flexible, but homes that are especially dirty and messy may have to be upgraded to a Deep Clean or Hourly Cleaning. Homes over 3,000 sq. ft. may also require special pricing. At the start of a job, if we determine that your home is going to take longer than what we expect for a house of similar size, we reserve the right to switch to an hourly rate. We will not bill for any additional cost without your approval, prior to services.
